politically & so on , was hijecked by hypocrite , selfish , pugnacious , dishonest ,  greedy / Hunger of power   leadership  & it superficially / apparently propounded & made advocacy for the upliftment  & welfare of their respective communities as wel as  half heartedly advocacy  of minority community  as well merely with the vulture eye in getting power for personal vested interest not to achieve the said pious end of that movement thereby they came into political power of the state(s)  /  UOI  & enjoyed power for personal gain & after that made all kinds of corruption whatever those leadership could do , resulting  they had /have to face prosecution . As a matter of corruption those leadership stands extinguished with the passing of time & failed to achieve the pious end of the movement supra which was started by honest , dedicated , allegiant , loyal persons to make change in the social , economic , political structure which   had yielded discrimination , untouchability atrocity , inequality &  so on for last a long trite period getting resort of trite  dominator of this country .  Long impact of the deeds supra of the leadership caused the   said classes leadership less consequently in view of the prevailing circumstances  communal forces took advantage , allured them & succeeded in dragging them towards itself  . So despite a large number of classes on being leadership less astrayed  & lost its identity & strength & resulting merged with the communal forces . It is the leadership that can speak , raise voice & represent its communities boldly &  with dare with out any fear but corrupted not . That’s reason the unwanted forces which must have been in last Row , these forces remained intact its existence at its own places while the said classes must have been in first Row have come on the feet of few communal forces . Many times numbers do’ t play important role if honest leadership  of the community  is missing or weak  or corrupt , rather honest leadership intended to do work in common interest honestly , it achieve the goal .
